Mista Perez's George Reeves as Fleischer Studios Superman

I am a huge George Reeves Superman fan and always imagined him drawn in a Fleischer animated style. I gave my attempt and added some detail to this cover.
If you look real close the rip is ripping into the first page of this amazing comic book.  A lot of work went into this and I had a lot of fun drawing this. Originally this was going to be the Imagine If # 10 cover. However, I changed my mind and let it stand on it's own which I think was the right decision.
I hope you enjoyed my small tribute to an amazing run in comic book history.
Until the next one.

Mista Perez's Imagine If Comics Cover #9 BATMAN 89 vs Spider-Man ( The Black Costume )

I have been sitting on this one for a few months. I started with a simple sketch and I ran with it. Secret Wars had to be the second biggest Marvel Comics event other then The Contest Of Champions in the 80's. When I saw Spider-Man appear in a black costume in 1984 I was in Blossom " Whoa" mode. It was a simple design but it worked.
A few years pass and then 1989 arrives with a bang BATMAN appeared in theaters. I was in awe of the visual and style Tim Burton had for Batman. The movie still works even now.
I decided to bring 2 of my favorite childhood memories of comic book characters to life in one cover.
I hope you all enjoy this cover as much as I had fun drawing it.

Mista Perez's Imagine If Comics Cover #7 (John Cena & Hulk Hogan)

Merry Christmas. With this cover I decided to re-create an old Action Comics Cover from 1947. This cover was originally done by Wayne Boring & Stan Kaye for Action Comics #105.
I thought the cover was so festive I decided to add two wrestlers that were child friendly from their eras, which are Hulk Hogan & John Cena. Wrestling fans have been wanting this dream match..so I decided to simply draw a child friendly meeting on Christmas Eve.
I hope you enjoyed this cover, more to come next year. Have a safe New Years and God Bless.

Mista Perez's Imagine If comic Cover #6 (Harry Potter Versus Doctor Strange)

This one I decided to draw due to interests in both characters with both having new movies out.
One a prequel and one brand spanking new. Both seem to be doing well at the box office.
Who would have guessed that magic would be making such a big splash?
I wouldn't that's for sure especially after the disaster that was Constantine.
Well, until my next one, which will be the last for 2016. Enjoy.

Mista Perez's Imagine If Comic Cover No. 5 (Michael Myers VS Batman '66)

It's that season again Halloween, and with this cover I decided to throw it back a little with Classic Michael Myers verses The Adam West version of Batman.
I haven't seen "Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders" yet due to I've been working on this cover. However, I did see the trailer and that's what inspired me to draw this. I hope you all enjoy this as I enjoyed working on it. This was a lot of fun.
Until next time.

Mista Perez's Imagine If Cover No. 4 (Hong Kong Phooey Meets Iron Fist)

As a huge comic book reader I have always been aware of the 70's affection for martial arts,
Thanks to the movies Bruce Lee provided.
This in turn created room for cartoons and comic books to boost off of that appeal.
I thought it would be fun to draw Hanna Barbera's Hong Kong Phooey meeting Marvel's Iron Fist.
Marvel's Iron Fist will soon be featured as a TV series on Netflix in 2017.
Hope you enjoy and thank you for visiting...until the next time.

Mista Perez's Imagine If Comic Cover No.1

I always wondered what a comic book would look like having Ben of Night of the Living Dead, Alice of Resident Evil,  Rick of The Walking Dead, and everyone's favorite zombie slayer Ash of The Evil Dead all in one book.
I decided to take a crack at it as the opener of my "Imagine If" comic book covers.
Hope you all enjoy.
